Buyers like to know what they’re getting before they purchase, so give them as much information as possible so they can buy with confidence and certainty.

If you are not entirely satisfied you may return your delivered product to us in a saleable condition for either refund or exchange at any time within 10 days of delivery. 

Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend the use of a registered postal service for your protection.  If the goods are being returned due to an error on our part, your postal costs will be refunded.   Please allow up to two weeks once you have returned your parcel for any exchange to be processed or refund to be credited.

Recommended returns with Royal Mail
A convenient and safe way to return parcels, and you will receive a returns receipt with an online tracking code so that you can follow your parcel's progress back to us.

Alternatively, you can return goods to us using other courier services at their then-current stated rates.

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order.

Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card is authorised for the transaction. Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be given.

 

The contract between us (Wooden Neuk) and you (the customer) becomes binding when we send you an invoice (with your goods). You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods. We will contact you if there are any problems.

 

Prices quoted to you are the prices set at the time. If for any reason they are increased we will let you know by e-mail and inform you prior to processing your order. We will accept your order when we send you an invoice with your goods.

 

We do try to ensure the pictures of the goods on our website are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in colour and texture between the pictures and the goods themselves.
